Laser System allows you to define default settings that can be used when creating new Laser System, or to replace configuration of existing ones.
When enabled, Lasers will be fired at the defined Fire Rate
If True, will display object geometry. Usually you want it checked if you added Laser System directly on the geometry and not as a Child.
Shoot Laser every x Frames
Object that will be used as Laser.
Collection to pick sparkles from. Laser System is provided with 2 sparkles collections that you're free to use. The CGP_Sparkle and CGP_Sparkles_Smoke
Collection to pick colliders from.
A Light Object that will be displayed in front of the Collider, right before the impact. Use this to improve Lighting, particularly in EEVEE.
Note: If you plan having hundred of impacts at the same time, this will increase your render time.
Laser lifetime duration in Frame.
Laser speed in meter per frame
A ratio that will randomize your Lasers Speed. 0: All Lasers will go at the exact same speed 1: All Lasers will have different speed (maximum speed being 200% of Laser Speed)
Allows you to fine tune your Laser spawn position.
When enabled, a Point Light is added to the Laser Object, enhancing its ability to illuminate its surroundings.
Light Impact is required for this to work.
Although Lighting will be better, this setting will increase your render time. The more Lasers you have, the more it will impact performance.
How many Particles will be instantiated on impact.
Maximum particles lifetime, in frame.
How fast Particles will move away from impact
Specify a gravity ratio for your particles. Positive values will force particles upward, while negative values will force them downward.
Press this button to apply these default settings on all of your existing Laser Systems.
Press this button to apply these default settings only on your selection.
